At Navya Fertility & IVF Center, we maintain transparency and fairness in all financial matters. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments may or may not be refunded.
1. General Policy
All payments made for fertility consultations, procedures, tests, and treatments are non-refundable, as they involve medical resources, doctor’s time, and laboratory processes.
However, in certain exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered as per clinic rules.
2. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees (first visit or follow-up) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the patient misses an appointment, the fee cannot be refunded or transferred.
3. Treatment & Procedure Fees
Payments made for the following are non-refundable once the process has started:
- IVF / ICSI cycles
- IUI procedures
- Egg retrieval
- Embryo culture
- Embryo transfer
- Male and female fertility assessments
- Ovulation induction cycles
These procedures involve medical consumables, medicines, lab usage, and doctor involvement which cannot be reversed.
4. Diagnostic Test Fees
- Payments made for diagnostic tests (blood tests, scans, ultrasounds, semen analysis, etc.) are non-refundable, whether conducted at the clinic or third-party labs.
5. Medications & Pharmacy Items
- Medicines, injections, and hormonal drugs once purchased cannot be returned or refunded due to pharmaceutical regulations.
6. Advance Payments
- Advance payments made for booking treatment cycles or procedures are non-refundable.
- Advance amounts can be adjusted for any other treatment only if approved by the clinic administration.
7. Refund in Special Situations
Refund may be considered only if:
- The clinic cancels the procedure before it starts (due to internal medical reasons).
- A major billing mistake is identified by the clinic team.
- A patient is not medically fit for a procedure before starting the treatment (doctor’s decision only).
In such cases, only partial refunds may be issued after deducting administrative and medical expenses.
8. No Refund for Treatment Failure
- Fertility treatments like IVF, IUI, or ICSI do not guarantee success.
- Failure of treatment does not qualify for a refund.
- Success rates depend on medical conditions and biological factors.
9. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds (partial or full) will be:
- Processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunded via the same payment method used during the transaction
